Our Founder – Abhishek Aggarwal
An engineer by qualification , Abhishek Aggarwal is the driving force behind the modern transformation of Nathu Mal & Ghudoo Mal. After working for sometime in the hospitality sector in Sydney, Australia, Abhishek gained deep insights into customer experience, service excellence and global quality benchmarks. In 2018, he founded Nathu Mal & Ghudoo Mal as a boutique sweet shop in Ludhiana with a clear vision — to bridge the long-standing gaps in the traditional Indian sweets industry.
Understanding the pain points of modern customers, he introduced innovations that were almost unheard of in conventional sweet businesses: launching e-commerce for sweets, enabling doorstep delivery across India and abroad and creating structured collaborations with corporates to offer thoughtfully curated gifting solutions.
