  • Roasting Sesame Seeds:
  • Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Once done, set aside in a bowl.
  • Roasting Dry Fruits:
  • In the same pan, add the mixed dry fruits and dry roast them until they become slightly golden and aromatic. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.
  • Preparing Jaggery Syrup:In another pan, add ghee and jaggery. Heat on a low flame until the jaggery melts completely and forms a smooth syrup. This should take about 5-7 minutes. To check the consistency, drop a little syrup in a bowl of cold water; it should form a firm ball.
